Hatta Tour Booking Policy Thank you for choosing our Hatta Tour experience. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip, please review our booking policy carefully. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the terms below. ⸻ 1. Reservations • Tours can be booked online, by phone, or through our representatives. • Advance booking is recommended to secure availability. • A booking is confirmed only after receiving full payment or a deposit. ⸻ 2. Payment • Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm your booking. • Balance (if any) must be cleared before the start of the tour. • Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or approved wallets. ⸻ 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy • Guest Cancellations: • More than 48 hours before tour date: Full refund or free reschedule. • 24–48 hours before tour date: 50% refund or reschedule (subject to availability). • Less than 24 hours / no-show: Non-refundable. • Company Cancellations: • If the tour is canceled due to weather, road closures, or operational reasons, guests will be offered a full refund or reschedule. ⸻ 4. Rescheduling • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the tour. • Last-minute changes (within 24 hours) may not be accommodated. ⸻ 5. Participant Requirements • Guests must carry a valid ID or passport. • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. • This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, people with back/heart conditions, or severe health issues. • Alcohol or drug use before or during the tour is strictly prohibited. ⸻ 6. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions • Inclusions: Pick-up & drop-off (if booked), guided tour, sightseeing stops, and activities as per package. • Exclusions: Personal expenses, meals not mentioned in the itinerary, and optional activities. ⸻ 7. Safety & Conduct • Guests must follow the guide’s instructions at all times. • Seat belts are mandatory during transfers. • The company reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest whose behavior may be unsafe or disruptive. ⸻ 8. Timing & Delays • Guests are requested to be ready at the pick-up point at the scheduled time. • Delays caused by guests may shorten the tour duration without compensation. ⸻ 9. Weather & Road Conditions • The tour is subject to weather and road conditions in Hatta. • In case of unsafe conditions, the tour may be rescheduled or refunded.
