• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time will not be refunded.
• No-Shows: If a customer fails to show up without prior cancellation, the booking amount will be forfeited.
• Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the booking may not be accommodated.
• Special Circumstances: In cases of emergencies or unforeseen events, please contact our support team, and we will evaluate refund or rescheduling options on a case-by-case basis.
