Session Timing The Yas Marina Circuit Driving Experience operates with multiple sessions daily: Morning Sessions: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Afternoon Sessions: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM Evening Sessions: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Exact session time will be confirmed at the time of booking based on availability. Participants are required to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled session for registration and safety briefing. Late arrivals may result in session cancellation without refund. 📜 Booking Policy 1. Identification Requirements A valid original passport or Emirates ID must be presented on the day of the experience. A valid driving license (UAE or internationally accepted license) is mandatory. Digital copies may be requested at the time of booking for pre-verification. Failure to present required documents will result in denied participation without refund. 2. Age, Height & Weight Restrictions Participants must meet the following requirements: Minimum Age: 18 years Minimum Height: 160 cm Maximum Height: 190 cm Maximum Weight: 105 kg These restrictions are strictly enforced for safety reasons. Guests who do not meet these criteria will not be permitted to participate and will not be eligible for a refund. 3. Payment & Refund Policy 100% payment is required at the time of booking. All bookings are strictly non-refundable. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to present required documents. In case of mechanical issues or circuit closure by management, guests will be offered: Rescheduling to the next available date, OR Credit voucher valid for 6 months. 4. Rescheduling Policy Date changes must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to availability. One complimentary date change allowed; additional changes may incur administrative fees. 5. Safety & Conduct Participants must attend the mandatory safety briefing. Alcohol consumption prior to the session is strictly prohibited. Circuit management reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest appears unfit to drive.
