Loud Dubai Deals – Service Policy At Loud Dubai Deals, we are committed to providing seamless, memorable, and reliable experiences across Dubai’s top attractions, tours, and activities. The following policy outlines the terms and conditions under which our services are offered. By booking or using our services, customers agree to abide by these policies. --- 1. General Service Commitment Loud Dubai Deals acts as a facilitator between customers and tour/activity providers across Dubai and the UAE. We ensure that all experiences are conducted by licensed, insured, and approved operators. Our team is committed to delivering accurate information, transparent pricing, and timely customer support. --- 2. Bookings All bookings must be made through our official website, partner platforms, or directly with our support team. A confirmation email or ticket will be issued once payment is received and booking is validated. Customers are responsible for providing accurate details (name, contact number, email, date, time, guest count). Loud Dubai Deals will not be liable for errors caused by incorrect information. Certain activities require minimum or maximum guest counts. If requirements are not met, the booking may be rescheduled or refunded. --- 3. Pricing & Payments Prices are displayed in the chosen currency (AED by default) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept secure online payments through our approved providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or local bank transfer if arranged). Prices are subject to change based on seasonal offers, demand, or provider updates. Customers who have already booked will not be affected by later price changes. --- 4. Cancellations & Refunds Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may be subject to a 50% charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Provider/Company Cancellations: In the event of cancellations due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days depending on the provider’s policies.
