Jet Car Booking Policy Thank you for choosing our Jet Car experience. To ensure a smooth booking process for all our guests, please read our booking policy carefully. By confirming a reservation, you agree to the terms below. ⸻ 1. Reservations • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person. • A valid government-issued ID or passport may be required at the time of booking and before the activity. • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment (deposit or full). ⸻ 2. Payment • Full payment or a deposit is required to secure your booking. • Remaining balances (if applicable) must be settled before the activity begins. • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or approved digital wallets. ⸻ 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy • Cancellations by Guest: • More than 48 hours before booking time: Eligible for full refund or reschedule. • 24–48 hours before booking time: Eligible for 50% refund or reschedule. • Less than 24 hours or no-show: Non-refundable. • Cancellations by Company: • If we must cancel due to weather, technical issues, or safety concerns, guests will be offered a reschedule or a full refund. ⸻ 4. Rescheduling • Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the booking time, subject to availability. • Last-minute rescheduling (within 24 hours) is treated as a cancellation. ⸻ 5. Participant Requirements • Participants must be 18 years or older (or accompanied by a legal guardian if younger, based on local regulations). • A valid driver’s license may be required. • Guests must be in good health and free from medical conditions that may be aggravated by the activity. • Alcohol, drugs, or any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited before and during the ride. ⸻ 6. Safety & Liability • All participants must attend the safety briefing before the ride. • Life jackets and safety equipment must be worn at all times. • Our company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe to participate. • Guests participate at their own risk; the company is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages beyond mandatory insurance coverage. ⸻ 7. Late Arrivals • Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled booking time. • Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time or cancellation without refund. 8. Weather Conditions • The activity is subject to suitable weather and water conditions. • If conditions are unsafe, bookings will be rescheduled or refunded.
